HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR

A little belated I know but still as the saying goes 'better late than never..'. Still, as I pick my lazy posterior up from the floor, it is always difficult to get the 'engine' started again after such a long break/holiday. All in all, this CNY holiday was not as taxing as the previous years. I got about one week leave from work, and the week prior to that my sis-in-law (congrats and thanks for the hotel stay) got married in Sibu and I had to make the trip there which effectively jump started my CNY holidays a whole week before the actual date. Now that the dust has finally started, I then remembered about the EY blog...(oops...sorry about that...hey I forgot about my car installment also, so that shows how 'offline' I was).

So business first...this coming Saturday, we have a special programme on CNY. Not too sure what it is all about, all I know is that it will be fun and we'll get to eat...(yeah, I know...fun and food again...well, maybe we can asked them to change it a bit and go for pain and exercise...:)) Details as follows:

CNY 2010 CELEBRATION
EY ROOM
330pm to 530pm

Over this period of CNY holiday, we also bid good bye to two of our EY, who have left for Australia for their further studies. Here, we would like to thank the both of them, Bernice and Shireen, for the wonderful and blessed time that we have share together as a group and family. Both of you have indeed brighten up the EY, and though we will never be the same again with your departure, we wish and pray that the both of you will continue to shine for Him as you did with us. We know that whatever group/church that you joined over in Australia, they will be blessed by the both of you...Adios, Bernice and Shireen...

"For the Lord God is our sun and shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withold no good thing from those who do what is right" PSALM 84:11
